1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a cleaning service, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Provided
Masterly Cleaning Solutions provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services within Raleigh and surrounding areas. Service details, pricing, and scope are agreed upon before each appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, incomplete information, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., hazards, pests, or property access issues).
3. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot enter the property due to locked doors, alarm systems, or other access issues, a lockout fee may apply.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We may adjust arrival times within a reasonable window due to traffic or weather.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, major credit cards, check or electronic payments. Late or failed payments may result in a service interruption or additional fees.
Recurring services are automatically scheduled and billed as agreed. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll schedule a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost. Refunds are issued at our discretion after all reasonable remedies are offered.
6. Liability and Safety
We are insured and take precautions to prevent damage. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
- Items not securely fastened (e.g., blinds, shelves, fixtures).
- Personal items left on floors or surfaces.
We do not handle heavy lifting, biohazards, or mold unless specified.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $50 flat fee.
If we arrive and cannot access your property, the same fee applies.
8. Privacy and Communication
Your contact and booking information are collected solely for communication and scheduling purposes. We never sell or share personal data with third parties (see full Privacy Policy below).
By contacting us, you consent to receive service reminders, updates, and offers via email or text. You can opt out at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
