We understand life happens. Our goal is to be fair to both our clients and our cleaning teams.

1. Standard Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any cleaning service. This allows us to adjust our schedule and maintain fair pay for our staff.


2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a flat $50 fee.


3. Missed Appointments / Lockouts
If our team arrives but cannot access your home or office (due to a locked door, alarm, pet restrictions, or unsafe conditions), a $50 fee will apply.


4. Recurring Clients
Recurring customers who cancel repeatedly without proper notice may lose their reserved cleaning slots or be required to prepay for future bookings.


5. Weather or Emergency Cancellations
In cases of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, we will reschedule your cleaning at the earliest possible date without penalty.


6. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you contact us more than 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
